Your Aviron membership gives you access to Aviron's library of content with 8 diverse program categories ranging from Games and Guided How-To-Row programs to scenic rows and races.&nbsp; You can add and follow friends and engage with other members in cooperative or competitive games and programs in real time. You can access your streaming accounts (includes Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, Prime, Disney+ and Spotify) while tracking workouts and earning coins, an Aviron currency that enables in-app shopping for backgrounds, and power-ups, to further personalize and upgrade your experience. Can the membership be canceled at any time?

If you decide the membership isn&rsquo;t for you, Aviron is fully functional with a suite of features. Without a membership, you can view your metrics as you row, create a profile, add and follow friends, track your workout history, adjust resistance, and chart your performance. Can I use the rower without a membership?

There is a 30-day risk-free return period which means you can use Aviron and see if it&rsquo;s for you. If you decide to return the rower, you will need to package it back up in the box in which it arrived and we will send you a return label for shipping. There are no restocking or shipping return fees. Please see our <a href="https://www.avironactive.com/support/general/return-policy/">return policy</a> for details.

How does the 30-Day Risk-Free Trial work?

The Strong and Impact Series Rowers both come with a 1-year warranty on parts included. Both models are also covered for a 10-year warranty on the frame. What warranty do I get?

Operating at only ~60 decibels or conversational volume, Aviron's smart design and nylon belt makes it quieter than many other rowers.

How quiet is the rower?

Yes. The Impact Series can be folded and rolled away for storage. The Strong Series does not fold but it can be stored away upright with no supports or wall mounts required.

Can the rowers be folded?

Aviron rowers are designed for 45-minute self-assembly and do not require professional assembly. All tools are provided and video guides and manuals are available inside the box.

Does it come with assembly?

Both rower models are equipped with Bluetooth, so you can pair any Bluetooth headphones with Aviron and most Bluetooth heart rate monitors. At this time Aviron Bluetooth is not compatible with FTMS Bluetooth devices.

Is the Aviron rower Bluetooth compatible?

You can pair any dedicated Bluetooth heart rate monitor with Aviron. A few examples that our customers like include: Wahoo (TICKR, TICKRx, TICKRfit), POLAR (H10, OH1+, Verity Sense), and Garmin (HRM).
