I love it.

I researched all of the top of the line rowers for months before pulling the trigger on the Aviron. I was torn between the Aviron and the Hydrow, and went with the Aviron because of the all of the options with the subscription, instead of just the instructor led workouts on the Hydrow subscription. The ability to stream netflix, hulu, youtube is a big differentiator in my opinion. I have had it for about 6 weeks now and I have steadily been increasing the amount I use it. Just completed my first week of getting on it every single day for 30 minutes, and I am motivated to keep it up! The seat felt a little hard at first and I am thinking about upgrading to the cloud seat (I think it should just come with that to begin with for the price of the machine), but after getting used to it, I am on the fence about ordering the upgraded seat. Bottom line- I am thrilled with the purchase and very happy with my choice of going with the Aviron!

Best workout equipment I have purchased.

I love my Aviron. I purchased it 4 months ago and have been consistently using it since. I have a bad back and was concerned however I find that the rower gives a good core and full body workout without straining my back and knees. I highly recommend starting with the 20 minute/20 workout program which I found really helpful since I have never used a rower before. Now I have been enjoying the games mixed with watching new shows and movies. I also enjoy the stretching videos too. Highly recommend.

Rowing away the burnout

Like many, I've found myself with chronic work-induced burnout. Combined with some other factors I had a recipe for future health implications. As we know, recovering from burnout is really difficult, and I've tried many things. One thing I have learnt (which may sound obvious once stated but was apparently not obvious to me!) is that rest and rejuvenation are two separate things. Rest is the easier one to find, but rejuvenation was eluding me until I bought the Aviron. It's been a real lifeline for me because it genuinely makes me feel so much better mentally and physically–I feel recharged. I've only had the machine for 2 months, and I still have burnout, but my progress shows that I can get better, which gives me so much hope and so much gratitude. Honestly, it's life changing. Thank you Aviron for making this product.

Rowing life

I bought my strong rower in December. Mainly to get active and doing some sort of exercise. I’ve been on it everyday since then. I love the different options on your workouts especially the ones for beginners. The monthly challenges which push me to achieve my goals. The thing I like the most is how all the AVIRON community supports each other to achieve great things.
