Aviron 30-Day Risk-Free Home Trial
We’re confident you’ll love your Aviron machine. But if you don’t, Aviron customers returning a machine for the first time, within the contiguous U.S., can return within 30 days of delivery.
Who’s Eligible
- Aviron customers returning a machine purchased from avironactive.com for the first time
- Return request submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Product must be returned in original packaging and in new condition
- Applies only to home use (not for gyms, offices, or other commercial setups)
What's Refundable
- Aviron machine and accessories
- Membership fees purchased via avironactive.com
- Ground shipping fees (if charged)
- White Glove Delivery fees (only if you’re eligible for the Risk-Free Trial)
White Glove Order—Returns (if selected at checkout)
- You are responsible for disassembling the equipment before return. Note that Aviron can arrange disassembly for a fee once photos of product and original packaging are provided with return request.
- Machine must be repacked in the original packaging
- We’ll provide prepaid return labels
- You may be required to drop off the packages at the nearest applicable shipping location. Note that Aviron can arrange pickup for a fee once photos of product and original packaging are provided with return request.
- A full refund will be issued once the return is received in new condition
- If your packaging arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photo
Note: White Glove Delivery is fulfilled by third-party providers. Any issues related to setup or handling should be directed to our Customer Experience Team and are subject to Aviron’s Warranty and Terms of Service.
Return Process
- Email hello@avironactive.com within 30 days of delivery
- Repack the machine in its original packaging or request disassembly (assembly fees apply) and provide photos.
- Aviron will send you a prepaid return label
- Drop it off at a nearby shipping location or request a pickup (pickup fees apply)
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a full refund
Aviron Standard Return Policy
If you’re not eligible for the Risk-Free Trial, you can still return your machine within 30 days of delivery.
Who’s Eligible
- Aviron customers who have purchased directly from avironactive.com but are not eligible for our Risk-Free Trial.
- Return request submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Product must be returned in original packaging and in new condition
- Applies only to home use (not for gyms, offices, or other commercial setups)
Refund Details
- Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility
- A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
- Shipping, delivery, and installation charges are non-refundable
- White Glove Delivery fees are non-refundable
- Aviron machine and accessories are refundable. Additional fees may apply if the product is returned damaged or incomplete
White Glove Order—Returns (if selected at checkout)

- Refunds are issued after the returned product is received and inspected
Membership Refund Policy
- Memberships are non-refundable unless you’re eligible for the 30-Day Risk-Free Trial
- You can cancel or modify your membership anytime through your Aviron account
After Cancellation
- Monthly plans continue through the end of the billing cycle
- Annual plans can continue for 30 days or end immediately upon request
