What are the tablet requirements?

The Strong Go uses your own iPad and runs on our app “Aviron: Game Your Workout,” available for download on the Apple App Store. One membership gives you unlimited profiles, so everyone in your household can track their metrics, workout history and achievements on their own profile for a personalized fitness experience. Minimum system requirements: iPad running iOS 12 or later At least 2 GB RAM 2 GB of free storage space Please note: The app is currently available only on iOS and optimized for newer iPad models for best performance.

Can I stream and use the Aviron Go app at the same time?

You can stream music and movie subscription services as you usually would on your ipad, but you cannot run the Aviron app and your streaming services at the same time so your Aviron workouts won't be tracked.

How does the 30-Day Risk-Free Trial work?

There is a 30-day risk-free return period which means you can use Aviron and see if it’s for you. If you decide to return your Aviron, you will need to package it back up in the box in which it arrived and we will send you a return label for shipping. Aviron's connected fitness equipment comes with a comprehensive 20-year limited warranty on parts for equipment and accessories, including the touchscreen, resistance mechanism, drive belt, handlebar, foot carriage, seat, sensors, frame, and rail, provided your initial membership is active and the equipment is purchased directly through our website. If your membership is no longer active or if you did not purchase directly from our website, you’ll still receive an industry-leading 10-year warranty on the structural frame, plus a 1-year limited warranty on parts for equipment and accessories. Strong Series rowers have a unique compact design, which means that while the rail is long enough to accommodate people up to about 6' 8&rdquo; in height, the rower is only 84&rdquo; or 7' long, front to back, and can be easily stored upright in most spaces. No wall mounts or installation is required.

For White Glove delivery: Our delivery partner will contact you via email and SMS so that you may schedule your delivery.
