If you decide to return your Aviron, you will need to package it back up in the box in which it arrived, and we will send you a return label for shipping. Aviron’s connected fitness equipment comes with a comprehensive 20-year limited warranty on parts for equipment and accessories, including the touchscreen, motors, deck, belt, control pad, and frame, provided your initial membership is active and the equipment is purchased directly through our website. If your membership is no longer active or if you did not purchase directly from our website, you’ll still receive an industry-leading 10-year warranty on the drive motor and structural frame, plus a 1-year limited warranty on parts for equipment and accessories. Does it come with assembly?

Aviron equipment is designed for 60-minute assembly and does not require professional assembly. Assembly is recommended with two people. All tools and manuals are provided inside the box, and video guides are available as well. We also offer white glove service, including scheduled delivery and professional assembly.
