Great Exercise!

I found Aviron Rowers through a Facebook or Google GMail ad. I started my research as I wasn't going to spend that amount of money on a gimmick exercise machine. I watched a lot of videos and reviews comparing the three rowers in the Aviron's price range. I found Aviron's Facebook group and spent time on it reading through the posts. I took me about three weeks to make my decision to purchase it. The big deciding factors were 1) I can't enjoy walking any more due to arthritis in my feet and 2) rowing is a bone building exercise according to the research I read which is important to a woman in her young sixties. I had a recumbent exercise bike, but it never got me excited to ride it every day. First of all, I love to row. When gyms had a rower, even those 2 inches off the ground rowers I would clamber on it and use it. The whole body exercise energized me like no other exercise other than weight training but weight training didn't really have a cardio aspect to it. I bought the Strong rower and in 5-6 weeks put 100,000 meters on it and used it 5 days a week. I look forward to my exercise which I haven't before. The games and programs they have on the machine are interesting and keep me involved in the rowing. Nothing like doing the Texas Rollercoaster program to get your heart pounding and your whole body engaged in the exercise. It does take up room. It's a big piece of equipment and you need to make sure you have the room to use it and store it if you don't keep it out on the floor. The height of the rail is great. I can easily get on and off the seat. The screen is large and very easy to use and see. The machine is very quiet, the only thing that makes any noise is the seat riding the rails but it's not very loud. I was afraid the flywheel would be noisy but it's silent. here is a ton of rowing videos on the Internet and on the machine. The Facebook Aviron Active Community is very friendly and will answer your pre-purchase questions. I've found the customer service reps at Aviron to be friendly and helpful. The only downfall that someone may see is the monthly subscription. I would pay that amount going to a gym each day, but egads there's people there! (Introvert here). The subscription allows you to stream different streaming apps, access to the games, guided programs, and so much more. An important aspect is that you can still use the rower without the subscription and use the rowing statistics program to track yourself.

Awesome Aviron

I like everything about my Aviron rower the content blows the other rowers out the water ! I like how it folds away when I am not using it space saving is a must . I like how working out on the rower is not hard to do you got to have the right form but other than that I like this type of work out . If your thinking about getting an Aviron rower look no further I did my research after watching plenty of videos and looking at what each rower had to offer and for what I was looking for hands down this was everything all in one for me .

It's worth it!

I went back and forth about purchasing an Aviron rower for a few months, and I'm so happy I made the decision to get the Impact. I wanted something that would let me choose how much and how hard to work out, and something that wouldn't be boring after awhile. The Impact was the perfect decision for me. No two workouts are ever the same and I've never looked forward so much to working out. I love this rower.

Solid Machine

Six-two, 235 lbs. Seats comfortably and functions smoothly. Interface is intuitive. I enjoy the streaming functions for Netflix, Prime. Only missing Crunchyroll (an essential for anime lovers everywhere). Would recommend.

Love it!

We love our new rower. We have not been able to use it as much as we have wanted to yet, but it is still new. We have tried a few different types of workouts and have enjoyed everything we have tried so far! Can't wait to get in to it even more!

Great rower!

Have the rower since 2 month. I love the workout with it. The rower is sturdy and high quality build. Way I'm only giving 4 stars because of the cost of the high cost of the monthly subscription. When you pay already more than 2000$ for a rower, you would expect at least one year free membership. You get cheaper memberships for a gym where you have more equipment and don't own one of them. Also that I can't use YouTube without a monthly membership goes just to far! All in all love the rower not so much the high cost of membership
