Excellent machine for full body workout!

We love our new Aviron machine! It is easy to use and we always try a new game, virtual row, or guided workout each time we use it. I love that I can work my whole body without the stress on my joints. The only thing I am still getting used to, and remember I am really out of shape, is getting my feet released from the foot straps when I'm finished. Sometimes I slip out of my shoe and slide up to release my shoe with my feet on the ground. I may add velcro to the straps in order to get in and out faster. Overall, the machine is perfect. The best piece of exercise equipment we've ever purchased!!!

Chad's Aviron review.

After much comparing and exploration of other rowers I chose Aviron because of the wode variety the platform has of games and challenges and different ways to row and workout. I feel 100% confident I made the right choice. It's been 6 months and it still gets used everyday and continues to get upgrades at keep the workouts new and challenging. Plus the support from the online community and support group in the company has raised the bar is ... well.... I can't even think of words that describe how helpful they are. Response time is almost immediately from staff and sometimes even from the creator of the Aviron himself!!!! That to me just speaks volumns!! So make the smart move like I did and if your considering a rower.... research the Aviron, I'm sure you won't be disappointed. Chad Anson

Aviron was the right choice for me

I purchased the Aviron shortly after turning 60, and facing several health issues related to being overweight and inactive. I needed something low-impact but effective, a whole body workout that’s not overly time consuming, and interesting enough to keep me coming back to it every day. After a month of researching every rower I chose the Aviron and it has been everything I hoped for and more. The machine is solid as a rock, with a warranty similar to new car (10 years on the frame, and I paid extra to extend the “bumper to bumper” warranty to 4 years). The nylon belt is smooth and quiet, the seat is comfortable and the screen is big and bright. Customer service is outstanding – the company has put a priority on developing a long-term relationship with its customers. The wide range of options (games, guided rowing, competitions, scenic rows, group rowing) provides something for every exercise preference, from solitary workouts to competing in a group row with friends. The frequent software updates, that include new games, activities and features, make the monthly membership worth the cost for me. Aviron has a strong and active user community that connects via a Facebook group. It’s a cross between a gaming community and a local gym – with people of all ages sharing tips, providing encouragement, answering questions, and coordinating group activities. It appears to have developed somewhat organically from the enthusiasm of happy Aviron users, is well-moderated and has a positive, supportive vibe. Aviron leadership, including the CEO, regularly participate in the group and listen to feedback, sometimes including group ideas & suggestions in future software updates. With the Aviron’s wide range of options, difficulty levels, and updated challenges, it will be a long time before I “outgrow” this machine. I have used the rower every day since it was delivered, usually 30-45 minutes while watching TV in the evening. It has strengthened my legs, back, stomach, arms, and shoulders. My weight is down, my health is much improved and I just feel better. I don’t dread exercising, and I am part of a supportive community. I highly recommend the Aviron – the value goes beyond the machine itself, and the investment in my health and wellbeing is paying off.

Loving My Aviron

I have to admit, I don't like to workout, but if I wanted to stay fit, and feel good, then it's just part of the formula. So, when I found out that rowing utilizes 85% of your muscles for a more effective workout in less time than other cardio workouts, I had to look into it. Like most, I ended up narrowing it down to the Hydrow, the Ergatta, and the Aviron. I leaned towards the Aviron for their games to peak the kids interest and keep them staying fit during the pandemic. However, the sizes of these rowers and how it stored away made me narrow it down to the Ergatta and the Aviron, but since the Ergatta would require maintenance with tablets, and a higher monthly subscription, I decided to try the Aviron first. Well, it's been a little over 3 months now, and I have yet to be disappointed. If anything, I continue to be impressed with the company themselves (best customer service EVER), and the awesome, supportive and motivating community. The cherry on top of it all is that my legs have never been more toned and my stomach more flat. SO happy with my purchase.
