October's here and we've brewed up some treat-filled updates for your Aviron rower. This bundle of features, upgrades and improvements is ready to bring some Halloween thrill to your workouts. And it couldn’t have happened without you. We're here to make exercise fun and comfortable for everyone. And hearing from our community directly impacts how we continue to make the Aviron experience better and better.

Revamped Guided Workouts

We're excited to level up your rowing experience with our revamped Guided Workouts. We've reimagined the visuals to bring you a sleeker, more modern look. Beyond the aesthetics, we've integrated new features for a richer and more interactive workout session.

A Better, Smarter Dashboard

Our updated dashboard is designed to keep you motivated throughout your workout journey. It's like your personal cheerleader, visually showing your progress. The fuel tank fills up as you move closer to the finish line, letting you know you’re crushing it so you feel motivated to go that extra mile.

Stay on the Right Track

Our new rowing indicator ensures you stay on the right track. When your rhythm slips, it turns red, gently reminding you to get back on track. This real-time feedback keeps you on the right path and encourages you to maintain a steady tempo.

New and Improved Workouts History Page

Who doesn't love data? Especially when it motivates you to reach your goals and set new records. We've given a major upgrade to our Workout History page to improve your tracking and post-workout insights. Now, you can confidently approach your weekly and monthly fitness goals, knowing you have a clear view of your progress.

Calendar View Feature

With Calendar View, you now have a place where your entire workout history is neatly organized. Check out your daily Output, Time, and Metrics with ease. This feature gives you the confidence that comes from having a full picture of your fitness journey.

Weekly Progress Tracker

Curious about your week-to-week improvements? Our new Comparison Graph lets you see your progress at a glance so you can see how your efforts are paying off. With this tool, you can confidently work towards your goals, knowing you're on the right track. Keep up the great work and watch those improvements stack up!

Bringing Time Machine Front and Center

We've brought our most exciting feature front and center on the home screen, so it's easier than ever to access.

For those new to Aviron, Time Machine allows you to compete against a 'ghost' from past rowing sessions, whether it's your own or a friend's. It's great for pushing your workouts further and hitting those personal milestones.
