Return Policy


We know that you are going to love your Aviron Interactive (“Aviron”) rower, but if you’re unsure, we completely understand. That is why Aviron is offering new members the opportunity to try Aviron risk-free when purchased directly from our website.

Eligible purchasers will be able to try Aviron for 30 days and be able to request a return without being charged the restocking and return shipping fee. If you are not completely satisfied with your Aviron experience, contact us within 30 days of delivery, pack the product(s) in their original packaging, and we will provide shipping labels and cover the cost. Once we receive the rower in good condition, we will issue you a complete refund.

  • Households purchasing an additional Aviron

  • Orders which contain multiple Avirons

  • Avirons purchased for Commercial use (Gyms, fitness centers, offices, etc.)

  • Avirons purchased through a retailer or dealer

For Avirons purchases made on our website that do not qualify for the trial offer, please read the "Standard Return Policy" section below. Note that if you purchased Aviron from another retailer, your return is subject to that retailer's return policy.


If you are not satisfied with your Aviron product, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Only items purchased from our online store (avironactive.com) can be returned through this process.

Because of the size and weight of our products, we do not offer a refund for any shipping, delivery or installation charges that you may have paid. Returns will be charged an additional restocking fee of $250, which will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.

Aviron’s guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents subject to the terms of our Limited Warranty. If your product is returned in damaged condition or with missing parts, you may be charged an additional restocking fee, at Aviron’s sole discretion.

Product must be shipped with the original packaging. Aviron is not responsible for shipping the product back. Aviron is also not responsible for shipping costs associated with product return. Aviron is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.

Memberships are non-refundable* and will be set to auto-renew unless cancelled or modified within your user account. Memberships can be cancelled or upgraded/downgraded at any time. After cancelling your membership, you will retain access to your membership until the end of your current billing period.

*Customers qualifying for our risk-free return period will receive a full refund of their membership and machine once received and verified by the Aviron Team.
