Love it!

Everything has been great so far. Biggest issue was coordinating delivery with UPS, since they kept coming earlier than what they scheduled. I have a fair amount of rowing experience, but have learned a few new things from the first sessions for beginners. Got my wife set up, too, so we're both enjoying great low-impact cardio workouts. Cost is still pretty high, but the equipment and connectivity is worthwhile. Looking forward to years of use on this machine!

I’m a Rower NOW!

I’m a 300 lbs guy, have to get my SH#% together! I need low impact workout that packs a lot into each session. I think I've found what I needed ROWING. I really enjoy the Aviron( Strong Series) rower. The interaction is Great. Keeps me trying to go further each session after only a few weeks. I’m going to see this thru and see what it does for me.

Best Fitness Outcomes in My Life

I’ve rowed on Aviron for 3 years in November. It has been the best full body workout I’ve ever used in a lifetime of consistent exercise. I average 4-5 10K sessions per week. At age 75, I am in the best physical condition of my life: 6’3”, 192 lbs, 32 inch waist, healthy heart and BP. I do have Type 2 diabetes but my rowing regimen has become an essential component in managing my blood glucose levels. I have rowed nearly 11 million meters since I purchased the rower. I love Aviron’s diverse workout options: worldwide venues, games, competitions, and television. I have had to make minor repairs to my rower (anything used this much will eventually wear out), but the Aviron customer service people have always been responsive and helpful. I consider my investment in my Aviron rower to be one of the very best I have ever made for my health and fitness!

Engaging and fun workout

I bought this rower because a coworker commented that her has never been able to maintain an exercise habit but that he now finds himself at work wishing he was on his rower. Week after week, he shared stats showing his improved conditioning and after 6 months I realized that this really stuck for him and I decided to buy one (on my tax free FSA card). The games are necessarily simple, my only input is stroke rate (though you can choose resistance) so don’t anticipate an Xbox style experience, but they are exactly what I need. I add in an audible book and I stay engaged and yet still able to check my form. The rower is very high quality, solid and the screen is large and integrated with the rower. It operates in a very smooth fashion. Now, I can proudly say, it has been 8 weeks and I am hooked. 40 workouts, 24 hours of rowing so far. I am also running 3 days a week and this perfectly supplements that with rowing that I tuned to a zone 2 heart rate and low impact on my body while also working legs, core, back and arms.

Damn, this is quality!

I looked at a lot of rowers, and honestly couldn’t tell one from another. After watching an online influencer go through what qualities a good machine would have, I settled on Aviron. Expensive, but I want to enjoy the workout, use good form, be stimulated/motivated to keep working out, and know the machine will last. Aviron has met every need. I’m impressed with the ease of installation and the quality of the components. The guided workouts were important for me to learn good form and to stay motivated. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase.
