**What's included in the Family Membership?**
Your Family Membership gives access to Aviron's library of content with 8 diverse program categories ranging from Games and Competition to Classes and Scenic Destinations. You can add and follow friends, engage with other members in cooperative or competitive games and programs in real time, and access streaming accounts (Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, Prime, Disney+, Paramount+, HBOMax, Spotify, and more — except on Go models) while tracking workouts and earning coins. Coins enable in-app shopping for backgrounds and power-ups. AI and automatically adjusted resistance further guide your workouts and progress. **What if I want to pause or cancel my membership?**
You can pause or cancel at any time via the website on a desktop browser. Pausing can be done twice within one calendar year and pauses your monthly membership for one month starting at the end of your current billing cycle; it auto-renews once the month is over. *Members cannot pause annual memberships.*

**What if I don't activate my membership?**
You are only charged once you activate a membership. Without a membership, you can still create a profile, view your metrics, earn badges, add and follow friends, track your workout history, adjust resistance, chart your performance, and access the free MyAviron Companion App.
