Aviron Active's July content update introduces new coached classes, endurance Powerplays, a monthly distance challenge, and scenic destination videos across the rower, bike, and treadmill.

## Coached Classes: New Rower, New You

**Available on:** Rower

### New Rower, New You: A 6-Week Journey to Kickstart Your Rowing Transformation

A brand-new beginner training program designed to build confidence, consistency, and fitness on the rower.

**What is "New Rower, New You"?**

This is Part 1 of a two-part training journey crafted to take you from zero to rowing hero in just six weeks. The program runs 3 workouts per week, each ranging from 15 to 25 minutes, to fit into a busy schedule. Each session focuses on different drills to build proper technique, endurance, and strength. Suitable for those brand new to rowing or returning after time away.

**Why You'll Love It**

- **Beginner-Friendly:** No experience required. Each workout is guided to help you master the basics.
- **Short & Effective:** Get a full-body workout done in under half an hour.

## Powerplay: Curse of the Sphinx

### Curse of the Sphinx 1, 2, 3, 4 — Endurance Powerplays

Four new Powerplays designed to build endurance progressively:

- **Part 1:** 33 minutes of low-to-moderate intensity interval training
- **Part 2:** 60 minutes of low-to-moderate intensity interval training
- **Part 3:** 90 minutes of low-to-moderate intensity interval training
- **Part 4:** 120 minutes of low-to-moderate intensity interval training

Tackle them one by one and see how far you can go.

## Monthly Challenge: Hi July

**Available on:** Rower, Bike, Treadmill

A monthly distance challenge across all modalities — rower, bike, and treadmill. Like Typhoon June, each challenge is designed to push you to go further, no matter which machine you use. Rack up miles or kilometers and compete with the community throughout the month.

## Scenic Destinations

**Available on:** Bike, Rower

**El Saler to the Science Park (Bike) — 19 minutes**
A vibrant Spanish landscape ride from El Saler to the Science Park. Push your pace through sunlit paths and urban scenery for a fresh burst of cardio.

**Loch Lubnaig, Scottish Highlands (Rower) — 1 hour 47 minutes**
A journey around the tranquil perimeter of Loch Lubnaig in the heart of the Scottish Highlands. Features lochside views, rolling hills, forests, and local wildlife including swans, ducks, and more.
