Aviron's May 2026 content update covers new coached rowing programs, expanded off-product recovery workouts, a completed Powerplay series, a monthly calorie challenge, and three new scenic destinations across Rower, Bike, and Treadmill.

## Software Update

### Coached Classes: Summer with Austin

**Available on:** Rower, GO

**Weeks 1 Through 4 Now Available**

Summer Ready is a 5-week coached rowing program designed to build fitness, sharpen technique, and develop real power through structured, progressive training. Austin guides you through five sessions per week, each with a distinct focus:

- An assessment or pyramid row
- A dedicated technique session
- A peak power interval workout
- A steady-state endurance row
- A moderate-rate power challenge

The program builds deliberately from week to week. Interval sets increase from 5 reps to 6 as you move into Week 4, and moderate-rate holds extend from 2 minutes to 2.5 minutes, asking you to generate more power for longer as your fitness develops. Whether you're establishing a baseline or pushing toward a new performance benchmark, Summer Ready gives you a clear, coached path to follow. Weeks 1 through 4 are available now on your Rower.

### Coached Classes: Off-Product Workouts

**Available on:** Treadmill, Bike, Rower, GO

Eight new recovery and mobility workouts have been added to the off-product library, available to all members regardless of modality.

- Sessions range from a 5-minute dynamic warmup to 25-minute full-body recovery and yoga-inspired flows
- Covers flexibility, mobility, and structured stretching
- Designed for quick activation before training or longer sessions to manage soreness between harder days
- Built around movement quality, combining stretching, mobility work, and yoga-inspired sequences

### Powerplay: Rush Hour Series Expansion

**Available on:** Bike, Rower, GO, Treadmill

The Rush Hour Powerplay Series is now complete. With the addition of Rush Hour 0, 4, and 5, the full ladder runs from 7 minutes all the way to 38, giving you a structured HIIT option no matter how much time you have.

- **Rower:** Difficulty increases through split-based resistance
- **Bike:** Speed and resistance rise together as you move through the levels
- **Treadmill:** Speed increases are paired with a rising incline to keep effort high from start to finish

### Monthly Challenge — May

**Available on:** Rower, Bike, Treadmill, GO, Abs Hero

**May Madness – This Month's Workout Challenge**

May Madness is a calorie-based challenge that tracks your total output across the full month.

- Log calories on your Rower, Bike, Treadmill, or AB Hero
- Build toward Bronze, Silver, or Gold by the end of May
- Every modality has its own tier targets
- Tiers are set to reward consistency over the full month
- Pick one modality and focus, or take on all four and track progress across the board

### Scenic Destinations

**Available on:** Rower, Bike, Treadmill, GO

**Thailand Rice Fields — Bike**
Pedal through Thailand's countryside in this scenic bike ride through wide, open rice fields bathed in natural light. The terrain is flat and the views are wide, giving you plenty of visual space to settle into a steady, sustained effort. Built for consistent pacing and time in the saddle.

**Coron, Philippines — Rower (25 minutes)**
Row past the scattered islands of Coron in the Philippines. Clear, shallow waters stretch between limestone shores and distant green hills, creating an open, uninterrupted seascape that keeps you locked in stroke after stroke. A strong choice when you want a longer, focused effort without distraction.

**Colorado National Monument — Treadmill (22 minutes)**
Take on the red rock landscape of Colorado National Monument in this treadmill run through one of the American Southwest's most striking natural corridors. Dramatic canyon walls rise on either side as the road winds through open terrain, giving you a focused, steady-paced run. An ideal route for building endurance on a reliable, well-paced effort.
