### Coached Classes: Fit in 10 with John (Rower, GO)

**Fit in 10 Series**  
Fit in 10 is a 12-part, high-impact series designed to deliver maximum results in minimal time. Each 10-minute session targets a specific focus: power, tempo, high intensity, sprint work, or a combination, using structured intervals to build strength, speed, and endurance efficiently.

### Coached Classes: 5K Prep with AnneLisa (Treadmill)

The 5K Prep Treadmill Series with AnneLisa is a structured progression designed to take you from base building to full race simulation. Across eight classes, you’ll develop aerobic endurance, dial in race pace, improve speed control, and build confidence to handle late-race fatigue. Each session layers intensity and strategy, culminating in a true 5K simulation.

### Powerplay: Total Tempo (Bike, Rower, GO, Treadmill)

**Total Tempo Series**  
The Total Tempo Series expands with workouts 4, 5, and 6, bringing the full six-workout progression to the treadmill. Each workout features three sets that increase in duration, building from shorter controlled efforts to longer sustained pushes. Workouts progress from 7 to 22 minutes, with tempo intervals lengthening to challenge stamina, pacing, and mental focus. Rower and bike use targeted SPM/RPM zones; treadmill translates to steady walking efforts.

### Powerplay: Voodoo Mountain (Abs Hero)

**Powershift Series**  
Challenges you to master fundamentals with 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-minute continuous plank efforts. While holding each plank, swivel and shift your body to hit on-screen targets and rack up points, turning a static hold into a dynamic core test.

### Monthly Challenge: March Charge (Rower, Bike, Treadmill, GO, Abs Hero)

**March Charge**  
Goal is to log hours on your favorite Aviron modality, with unique hour targets for each. Rewards consistency across rowing, biking, treadmill endurance, or Abs Hero core work.

### Scenic Destinations (Rower, Bike, Treadmill, GO)

- **Red Limestone Beach, Portugal**: 36-minute scenic experience along dramatic red cliffs and ocean views. Suitable for easy endurance or stronger pushes.
- **Culion, Philippines**: Virtual row through calm blue waters, quiet islands, lush shorelines, and open sea. Ideal for unwinding.
