Aviron's July 2026 content update covers new off-machine coached classes, expanded Powerplay Quick Strike levels, a monthly distance challenge, and four new scenic destinations across the Rower, Bike, Treadmill, and GO modalities.

## Software Update

### Coached Classes: Off Product Workouts

**Available on:** Bike, Rower, GO, Treadmill

#### Warm Up & Move — New 8-Class Off-Machine Series

Warm Up & Move is a new 8-class off-machine series built to prep your body before training and help it recover after. Coaches Meghan, Jazmin, Lee, and Dalia guide you through dynamic warmups, yoga-inspired stretch flows, and post-workout recovery. No equipment needed.

- Session lengths: 15 to 25 minutes
- **15-minute classes:** Seated stretches, twists, cat-cow, and runner's lunges to loosen up or warm up
- **20- and 25-minute sessions:** Build from beginner head-to-toe mobility to advanced, yoga-based flows including Downward Dog, Forward Bend, Crescent Lunges, planks, and Cobra Stretch
- Use before a workout to move better, after to recover faster, on any modality or on their own

### Powerplay: Quick Strike Series

**Available on:** Bike, Rower, GO, Treadmill

The Quick Strike series expands this month with three new levels — Quick Strike 4, 5, and 6 — now on the Rower, Bike, and Treadmill.

- Each Quick Strike workout runs 8 sets with rising speed targets, pushing you to step up your pace after every set
- The series is built on progression: the workout gets longer at each level

**Level progression:**

| Quick Strike 6 | 7 minutes | 40 seconds |

- On the Treadmill, run-based Quick Strike levels (4, 5, and 6) are joined by the walk-based **Sonic Boom series** (levels 4, 5, and 6) for the same progression at a walking pace
- Start at level 4 and build through the series, or drop into the level that matches your speed work today

#### Hi July — This Month's Workout Challenge

Hi July is a distance-based challenge that tracks the total distance you cover across the full month.

- Goal: Keep showing up and let your meters build toward Bronze, Silver, or Gold by the end of July
- Every workout counts: coached classes, guided workouts, virtual sessions, and games all add to your total

### Scenic Destinations

#### Indonesian Coastline (Rower)

Row a calm Indonesian coastline as warm sunset light catches the cliffs and open water. The water stays flat the whole way, settling into a smooth, steady stroke. A relaxed scenic row with no set pacing. Use it as a warm-up, a recovery session, or a clean steady-state row.

#### Thailand Countryside (Bike)

Pedal through Thailand's countryside in this scenic bike ride through wide, open rice fields bathed in natural light. The terrain is flat and the views are wide, giving you plenty of visual space to settle into a steady, sustained effort. Built for consistent pacing and time in the saddle.

#### Shothole Canyon to the Australian Coast (Bike / Treadmill)

Ride or run through an open outback descent through Shothole Canyon toward the Australian coast. The road rolls gently downhill with the ocean ahead, holding an easy, consistent cadence. A relaxed scenic ride with no set intervals.

#### Coron, Philippines (Rower)

Row past the scattered islands of Coron in the Philippines in this 25-minute virtual row. Clear, shallow waters stretch between limestone shores and distant green hills, creating an open, uninterrupted seascape that keeps you locked in stroke after stroke. The scenery is calm and expansive, making it a strong choice when you want a longer, focused effort without distraction.
