## Software Update

### Coached Classes: Row Your Fat Off (Part 2)

**Available on:** Rower, GO

Row Your Fat Off is a 12-week, results-focused rowing program where Austin guides you through progressive, fat-burning interval training designed to improve endurance, power, and overall conditioning.

**Weeks 1–4** establish the foundation. You'll dial in rowing technique, build aerobic capacity, and gradually ramp intensity at a sustainable pace to prepare your body for the tougher work ahead. These first four weeks are available directly on your rower, so if you're new to the program or want to restart from the beginning, you can jump in right from Week 1.

**New in January: with this release, Aviron is launching Part Two of the program, covering Weeks 5–8.**

#### Weeks 5–8: Build, Push, Sustain

With the base in place, training shifts up a gear. Intervals get longer, recovery gets shorter, and new stroke-rate combinations are introduced. You'll rotate through extended aerobic efforts, demanding strength-focused "Quick & Heavy" pairs, and higher-speed sprint work—each revisited and progressed week over week so you can track improvement and push past previous limits.

This phase is all about holding intensity under fatigue:

- **Aerobic rows** evolve into longer and even continuous efforts with minimal or no rest.
- **Strength sessions** challenge you to maintain power at very low stroke rates.
- **Sprint intervals** increase in duration and total volume, testing both physical and mental resilience.

By the end of Week 8, you'll be rowing longer, harder, and more consistently—leaner, stronger, and fully prepared for the final phase of the program.

### Coached Classes: HIIT Running with Meghan

**Available on:** Treadmill

The HIIT Running Series with Meghan is an eight-workout progression designed to improve running rhythm, speed, and endurance through structured interval training. The series blends flat and incline work, guiding runners through a variety of formats including:

- Sprint intervals
- Run–jog–walk cycles
- Progressive hill efforts that peak at a 6% incline

Workouts begin by building confidence with flat, fast intervals and gradually introduce more complex challenges like incline pyramids, sustained running blocks, and explosive uphill pushes. Recovery is strategically programmed—ranging from full walking recoveries to minimal rest—to help runners improve pacing, stamina, and the ability to handle higher intensity over time.

Coached by Meghan, each session emphasizes smooth transitions, controlled effort, and strong running mechanics. Whether you're new to HIIT running or looking to sharpen speed and hill performance, this series delivers efficient, purpose-driven treadmill workouts that steadily raise your fitness ceiling.
