# February 2026 Content Update – Aviron Active

## Software Update

### Coached Classes: Row Your Fat Off (Part 3)

**Available on:** Rower, GO

**Part Three: Peak, Prove, Finish Strong (Weeks 9–12)**

Welcome to the final phase of Row Your Fat Off. This is where everything you have built over the last eight weeks comes together. The foundation is solid, the engine is strong, and now it is time to push your limits, sharpen consistency, and prove just how far you have come.

If you are new to the program or want to restart from the beginning, you can always start with Parts One and Two, which are already available on your rower. Weeks 1–4 establish the foundation by dialing in technique and building aerobic capacity, while Weeks 5–8 increase intensity with longer intervals, shorter recovery, and more demanding strength and power work.

Weeks 9–12 focus on peak performance and execution under fatigue:

- **Aerobic workouts** become longer and more continuous, challenging you to hold higher stroke rates for extended periods while matching or beating past intensities.
- **Strength sessions** evolve with new twists, keeping you locked into low-rate power while repeatedly forcing quick, high-rate bursts that test control, discipline, and output.
- **Power workouts** reach their most demanding form, with longer work intervals, shorter rest, and the highest stroke rates of the program.

Progression is intentional and visible. You will revisit key workouts week over week with clear goals to row more consistently, more powerfully, and with greater confidence than before. Stroke rate precision, rhythm, and mental toughness take center stage as you prepare for the final assessment.

The final week is all about execution. Aerobic capacity is pushed to its ceiling, strength is tested at the lowest rates with explosive surges, and power intervals demand everything you have left. The program culminates in a final assessment that mirrors where you started, giving you a clear and undeniable measure of how much stronger, fitter, and more resilient you have become in just 12 weeks.

### Coached Classes: HIIT Climb with Jenny

**Available on:** Treadmill

The Hill Climb Series is a six-class treadmill program designed to build lower-body strength, cardiovascular endurance, and confidence on incline. Guided by Jenny, each workout introduces a different hill-focused structure, progressively challenging your ability to manage incline, pace, and fatigue.

Across the series, you will move through:

- Progressive climbs
- Pyramid-style ascents and descents
- Power-focused push intervals
- Laddered hills
- Reverse formats that shift the challenge from incline to speed

Inclines steadily increase across workouts, reaching up to 12 percent, while recoveries are intentionally short to keep your heart rate elevated and legs working.

Each class has a distinct focus:

- Build gradually through progressive hills
- Tackle long sustained climbs
- Alternate speed and incline for power
- Climb higher through ladder intervals
- Start steep and finish fast in reverse-style workouts
- Finish the series with repeated power climbs designed to lock in strength and confidence at higher inclines

The Hill Climb Series is ideal for walkers and runners looking to improve climbing efficiency, leg strength, and endurance. Classes can be taken individually or completed in order as a progression.

### Guided Workout: Calorie Cascade Expansion

**Available on:** Bike, Rower, GO, Treadmill

Calorie Cascade is an 8-workout guided series built around true progression and calorie-driven goals. With 4 new guided workouts added, each session raises the challenge by pushing you to hit specific calorie targets through a mix of steady effort, endurance work, and higher-intensity pushes. Conquer each workout, earn up to 3 stars based on your performance, and work your way through the full cascade as the goals build from start to finish.

### Powerplay: Voodoo Mountain

**Available on:** Ab Hero

The Voodoo Series is a four-workout core progression designed to push your endurance, control, and burn tolerance on the Ab Hero. Each workout builds in length and intensity, challenging you to stay locked in as time under tension increases.

- Starting with short, controlled intervals, you'll move right to left to fully engage your core, shoulders, and stabilizers.
- As you advance through the series, the same interval structure expands into longer sessions, demanding greater focus, consistency, and mental toughness.
- By the final workout, you'll be holding strong through extended sets that test both strength and stamina.

Complete all four workouts in order to conquer the full Voodoo Mountain and feel the difference in core strength and stability.

The Les Mills library has been updated with a fresh set of workouts across all categories, including new options for riders. New additions include:

February Frenzy is a calorie-based challenge built to push your effort across all four modalities. Throughout the month, members can earn Bronze, Silver, or Gold by hitting cumulative calorie goals on the Rower, Bike, Treadmill, and Ab Hero.

Every calorie counts. Whether you are driving powerful strokes on the rower, stacking calories through sustained rides, pushing the pace on the treadmill, or grinding through core work in Ab Hero, February Frenzy is about intensity, consistency, and total output. Pick your modality or take on all four, track your calories, and challenge yourself to burn more than ever before as you power through February.
