# August Content Update

Aviron's August content update adds new coached classes, warmup and cooldown sessions, fresh Les Mills workouts, a new guided Rhythm Rally series, a monthly time challenge, and new scenic destinations — available across the Rower, Bike, Treadmill, and GO.

## Coached Classes: New Rower, New You Part 2

**Available on:** Rower, GO

You've built the foundation, now it's time to level up. Welcome to Part 2 of the New Rower, New You training journey: the next phase in your transformation from beginner to confident rower.

### What's New in Part 2?

This is where everything comes together. Over the next two weeks, you'll take on 8 new workouts (4 per week) designed to challenge your strength, endurance, and mental grit, all while staying under 30 minutes per session. Still beginner-friendly, but with a little more edge, this series helps you solidify your technique and push toward real fitness gains.

Each video is led by Coach Austin, who'll guide you through power intervals, endurance blocks, and advanced drills that will leave you feeling accomplished and energized.

Didn't complete Part 1? No worries — you can start from the beginning anytime on your rower.

## Coached Classes: Warmups & Cooldowns

**Available on:** Treadmill

Get more from every run with a new collection of coached warmups and cooldowns, led by Meghan and Jared. Three warmups and three cooldowns have been added, designed for both walkers and runners, ranging from 5 to 10 minutes.

Whether you're gearing up for a big run or winding down after a tough workout, these short sessions help you prep your body, reduce soreness, and recover right.

## Les Mills: New Workouts Just Dropped

The Les Mills library has been updated with a fresh set of workouts across all categories, including new options for riders.

## Guided Workouts: Rhythm Rally Series

**Available on:** Rower, GO, Bike, Treadmill

### Find Your Flow with the Rhythm Rally / Trail Series

Looking to build endurance, improve pacing, and stay motivated? The Rhythm Rally series is designed to do just that. Each modality features a three-part progression:

- Session 1: 16 minutes
- Session 2: 23 minutes
- Session 3: 30 minutes

It's a gradual increase in time and intensity that helps you build consistency and confidence. Each session starts steady, then picks up the pace through shorter, more focused intervals.

### For Rowers
These workouts focus on stroke rate. You'll row through guided SPM intervals that gradually increase as you move from one workout to the next — a great way to build endurance and power over time.

### For Riders
On the bike, each workout centers around RPM. The series helps you build a strong cadence foundation, then pushes you to ride with more intensity as you move up through the progression.

### For Runners
Treadmill workouts focus on speed. Each run increases in duration and intensity, helping you find your pace and stay in control. Structured, approachable, and effective.

### For Walkers
Rhythm Trail brings the same three-part progression to walking, with workouts at 16, 23, and 30 minutes. Each level features a steady incline that increases with difficulty, while slight speed changes keep things dynamic — all while staying at a walking pace. Perfect for building endurance and lower-body strength without needing to run.

## Monthly Challenge: Hottest August

**Available on:** Rower, Bike, Treadmill, GO

August's challenge is all about time. Whether you're rowing, riding, or running, the goal is simple: log your hours and level up. No need to track distance — just show up and put in the work.

Like July and June, you'll unlock Bronze, Silver, or Gold based on the time you spend. Find your rhythm, stay consistent, and see how far you can go this month.

## Scenic Destinations

**Available on:** Rower, Bike, Treadmill, GO

- **Malaysia Mangrove Forest (Treadmill, 25 min):** Jog through Malaysia's serene mangrove forest. Follow a winding boardwalk surrounded by lush greenery and coastal views — a calming run that connects movement with the outdoors.

- **Khao Sok National Park, Thailand (Rower, 25 min):** Row through Thailand's stunning Khao Sok National Park. Glide across calm, green waters beneath towering cliffs and thick jungle — a peaceful yet invigorating experience that brings the beauty of nature into every stroke.
