The Fit 15 rowing series is a collection of high-intensity, 15-minute workouts designed to target power, speed, and endurance through structured interval training. ### Coached Classes: 10-Minute Triumph with Megan

The 10-Minute Triumph series with trainer Megan is a progressive treadmill program designed to build confidence, endurance, and speed through structured interval training. Starting with short, manageable run bursts paired with power walk recoveries, each class gradually increases in intensity, duration, and pacing — helping runners refine form, improve cadence, and develop mental toughness. As the series advances, intervals lengthen and speeds climb, culminating in sustained efforts and challenging endurance benchmarks, including back-to-back 10-minute runs. Whether you're new to running or looking to level up, this series provides a clear, motivating path toward stronger, more confident performance.

**Dynamite Series**

A new Dynamite Guided Workout series designed to scale with you — from quick, high-impact sessions to longer endurance pushes across rower, treadmill, and bike. Starting at Dynamite 300 and building up to Dynamite 900, each workout increases in intensity, volume, and duration — whether that's strokes, distance, or time — giving you a clear progression path no matter your modality. With a mix of newly added sessions and extended formats (ranging from approximately 15 to 52 minutes), this series is built to help you push further each time, track your progress, and steadily level up your performance.

### Powerplay: Time Out Series

**Available on:** Abs Hero

This Plank Progression Series is designed to build core strength, control, and endurance through four structured workouts that gradually increase in intensity and duration. Starting with shorter work intervals and brief recoveries, each session challenges stability with dynamic side-to-side movements like Riptide and Ice Time, emphasizing control and precision. As you progress, intervals extend and demands increase, requiring greater endurance and focus while maintaining proper form. By the final workouts, longer holds and sustained effort push your core to its limits, delivering a complete and progressive plank challenge.
